THESE are a few of my Favourite things.
Tennille Heinonen developed her artistic eye over the years by experimenting with a huge variety of media. Her background as a visual artist allows her the ability to see past the impossible to concoct fun & expressive concepts explored through her current passion, Photography. Developing a sharper understanding of composition & lighting is her current pursuit.
“I’m never bored & I’m constantly learning.”
Self-titled “Art-ographer”, Tennille has been drawing since she could hold a pencil and has happily delved into photography for the past five years. First picking up the camera to shoot personal reference material for traditional art projects, Tennille quickly fell in love with expressing herself through the lens. Perks of photography included meeting amazing people, flexing her creative muscles & that fun “clicky” sound the shutter makes when it takes a photo. — Chills
Having attended the Graphic Design Program in her hometown of Sudbury, Ontario, Tennille gained much from the experience but her true inspiration lies in the hands of her favorite artists, photographers & musicians. According toTennille, wandering about town during a snow fall with an iPod full of music is the best way to get inspired. Thankfully, it’s not called the great white north for nothin’.
“Between cooking & spending time with my family & friends, I can comfortably say my hobbies always have & always will be anything & everything involving art.
If I retired this very second, I would continue to do exactly what I’m doing. It’s my passion.”
